Casey’s General Store tapped me as a resource to help them deliver an increasing amount of information seamlessly and without congestion, while simultaneously encourage an increase in return usage. Although consumer product rewards can be a great supporter of frequency, a dashboard of information always presents with it the challenge of what’s most important at a glance.
I’m glad to go into more detail on the research methods that where enlisted for this project, the process of mapping out the user’s journey, project architecture and the interface design when we meet for an interview.
