This was the first product I was able to work from research to development to App Store deployment. It’s not challenging to figure out what health & beauty professionals need – they need more clients. But this project focused on their education and business management. Thus, I had to do a deep dive on the types of issues barbers and stylist deal with while running their business. It was also important to help them understand how having the right tools would help them increase revenue and minimize loss.

I’m glad to go into more detail on the research methods that where enlisted for this project, the process of mapping out the user’s journey, project architecture and the interface design when we meet for an interview.
